Fine Solutions also known as Finesols is a top-tier software solution provider in Karachi that helps in building software for visionary companies, accentuating their strengths and elevating their brands to the next level is looking for an experienced Dedicated and Passionate Business Development Manager who can meet the Monthly Sales Targets who help us expand our clientele and have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
Requirements:
- Must have 3 to 4 years’ experience.
- Good expertise in getting quality leads for Web Development, Mobile Application Development, Desktop Applications Development, UI & UX, Designing and Digital Marketing.
- Experience with interacting with clients in the US/ UK / Canada / Australia is a must.
- Must have hands-on experience in Software Sales.
- Should have a detailed understanding of IT and Software.
- Must be fluent in communicating in English.
- Having the ability to make quick decisions in complex situations.
- Minimum Bachelors’s degree. Having BS (CS) background will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Meet Monthly sales Targets.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Expanding Clientele by attracting potential clients.
- Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
- Project price estimation, quote, and proposal creation, follow-up with the client and leads closure.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Identifying client requirements, communicate the requirements with a suitable person or team and deliver an accurate quote and solution to the client.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Responsible to manage and keep all platforms in high ratings with good states.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to assist sales.
- Acquiring business through outbound calls & email campaigns.
- Responsible to achieve own and team targets.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
