Fine Solutions also known as Finesols is a top-tier software solution provider in Karachi that helps in building software for visionary companies, accentuating their strengths and elevating their brands to the next level is looking for the HR Executive for our company process redesign, cultural transformation, formulation & implementation of HR policies that support our business strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement & monitor HR strategies, systems, tactics, and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Develop overall HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them
  • Preparing hiring forecasts and Manage the recruitment process in an efficient way to fill the positions on time
  • Create competency models and manage performance feedback programs
  • Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
  • Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications in coordination with relevant line managers.
  • Ensure the fair treatment of employees and effective communication between employees and managers.
  • Represent the company internally and externally with a goal of networking and relationship building with the potential candidate communities
  • Serve as a brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Any other task assigned by Management

  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Honest, ethical, and dependable
  • Experienced in mediation and conflict resolution processes
  • Excellent attentive listening, communications, negotiations and presentations skills
  • Expert stress management skills and the ability to make important decisions under pressure
  • Degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
