Fine Solutions also known as Finesols is a top-tier software solution provider in Karachi that helps in building software for visionary companies, accentuating their strengths and elevating their brands to the next level is looking for an Experienced, Dedicated and Passionate Sr. Business Development Executive / Team Lead who can achieve the Monthly Sales Targets, Lead the development team & who help us expand our clientele and have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
An ideal incumbent must have:
- Must have 3 years of Experience in Digital Industry.
- Good expertise & experience in getting quality leads for Web Development, Mobile Application Development, Desktop Applications Development, UI & UX, Designing and Digital Marketing.
- Experience with interacting with international clients ( US/ UK / Canada / Australia) is a must.
- Experience of bidding for projects on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, People Per Hour, Guru, Freelancer, etc.
- Ability to close leads.
- Ability to achieve monthly targets.
- Must be fluent in English communication (US/UK accent would be preferred).
- Having call center experience will be an added advantage.
- Minimum Bachelors’s degree. Having BS (CS) background will be an advantage
- Software requirement gathering, Custom Proposal Writing Skills, Effort Estimation, Client follow up Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific mobile application feature and functional solutions.
- Bidding Expert & Sound knowledge of IT and web/application development.
- Project price estimation, quote, and proposal creation, follow-up with the client and leads closure
- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Responsible to achieve own and team targets & Lead the team.
- Keep prospective client database updated.
- Make cold calls for new business leads.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to assist sales.
- Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers etc.
